DCPL NATIONAL RANKING TABLE TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS 2010 EAST ZONE will be organized by West Bengal Table Tennis Association jointly with Birbhum District Table Tennis Association in association with Sports Authority Of India, NSEC, Kolkata and under the guidance of Table Tennis Federation Of India.

 

The total prize money for this championship is about Rs 4.5 lacs.

The title sponsor for the event is Development Consultants Pvt Ltd and Riverbank Developers Pvt Ltd is the Corporate Partner.

The Inauguration Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 3.00 pm. It is expected that Sri Kanti Ganguly, Hon'ble Minister for Sports & Youth Affairs and Sundarban Affairs, Govt. of West Bengal will be present as the Chief Guest to inaugurate the championship. Dr. Ram Chandra Dom, Member of Parliament has kindly agreed to grace the function as the Special Guest. Sri D. R. Choudhary, Hony. General Secretary, Table Tennis Federation of India will be present as the Guest of Honour.

The Prize Distribution cum Closing Ceremony will be held on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at 5.00 pm. Sri Somnath Chatterjee, Former Speaker, Lok Sabha and the President, West Bengal Table Tennis Association will be present as the Chief Guest to bless and inspire the participants.
